yoo guys i am currently planning to run a 12 week cycle of Test Eth and D-bol. im currently getting everything i need together i have my D-bol enough for 3-4 weeks depending on my dosage and i have milk thistle.
i was just wondering how much and how often i should take the milk thistle??

Let me give you my honest advice bro. And this is just my advice.

Do not buy any test or dbol now. You probally are not looking in the right places. You probally do not know what exactly to look for to find decent gear. You will probally buy something fake, or different from what you want to run. You need to fully understand AAS before you buy anything. Do not trust some guy in the gym that sells test. Once you are fully aware of AAS from every angle, then you will be able to make an educated assumption on what you are purchasing.

Second, for pct, 90% of the people here would run a Nolva and Clomid pct.

You obviously have some reading to do. Save your money for a few months. Use that time to research more. Once you do, then go ahead and get ahold of some decent gear. You will know what to look for

Like I said bro- Nolva and Clomid. Also get some extra Nolva for on-cycle use (if needed), and some hCG to run during cycle.
