I am just wondering what is essential out of the following for a cycle... I hate taking to many supplements and i was trying to keep costs down so don't wanna buy what i don't need.
Protein Shakes/ Meal Replacements/ Glutamine/ Udo's Oil/ Creatine/ BCAA/ HMB/ CLA/ ZMA/ Milk Thistle (For Dbol)/ Multi-Vits/ Liv 52 (Dbol)/ Vit C/ Vit B/ Vit E/ Fish Oils/ Hydroxy Cuts/ ALA/ NoExplode/ Bac Water/ Needles/ Bins/ Swabs/ Needle Bin/
For the cycle : Test Enanthate/ Dbol/ HCG/ Nolva/ Clomid/ Arimidex/
I guess there is just an endless list of stuff you could take, but what are the essentials??? I know a good diet and good training plan... Again what are the essentials???
What are HMB / CLA / ZMA / ALA
Are things like Hydroxy cuts any good or required for some one on a cycle of test enanthate???
Do you need Nitros Oxide aids when on a cycle???
I know some of the questions are silly but they still need answers,, all help appreciated...
