With regard to a long ester such as test cyp or enanthate;

What week do you start HCG?
AND
Do you run it up until last shot?
OR
Do you run it up until PCT

u run HCG from the begining of your cycle up until 4-5 days into PCT

the 4-5 days extra we add it into PCT becuase since ull be using a long ester with a half live of 4-5 days, your body wont start recovering its natural hormone up intil 4-5 days into PCT

what about starting week 4 because it takes that long for the test to actually kick in? well starting pct 2 weeks after last pin, and the half life being 5 days, i wudnt need to run it 4-5 days in pct because the drug will no longer be active??

yes but thats when the test is PEAKING

however form ut first injection ur body will be above baseline test levels so it already will start slowing it production and HPTA shutdown will start SLOWLY

if you want you can start 1 week into your cycle, but thats the latest becuase U WILL BE in the high test ranges after 2-3 jabs already

yes u would need to run it 5 days into PCT

e.g ur on 500mg testerone

end of 2 weeks u start PCT

when u start PCT u will have 250-230mg of test in you (still above baseline)

in 5 days you will have just under 125-100mg in you (this is just on normal)

so thats means once ur test production is at normal range (125-100) ur body will start producing it natural hormones and u wont need HCG

you see once the body is given extra testerone it already starts slowling down it own prduction, thats why you need HCG once u start a cycle

and you need to run it until you test levels fall below natural range

if you were to stop using HCG when you have 500mg test in you, then your body would start shutting itself down slowly

therefore u run it until ur approx in normal test ranges
