    Help please

    Can someone help with cycle advice? looking to run first cycle and thinking eq with test prop and deca for less water retention?
    monday test + eq
    wednesday test + deca
    sat test + eq

    5'10"
    180
    12% b.f
    Training for 2 years strong looking for good hard gains on 1st cycle

    whats your dosage? and 180 at 5'10 and only been training for 2yrs? I feel like you can add more to your frame by proper diet and training why jump in when your still so new to training?

    Steroids are just one thing required to build muscle. There is a lot more. That's why people are asking to make sure you have the rest in check.

    Importance Ranking:
    1. Proper Training
    2. Diet
    3. Proper PCT
    4. Proper cycle (depending on goals, and 1 and 2).

    I don't see 1-2-3 in your OP..Lets hear some of the important stuff first. Again people aren't trying to lecture they are trying to help. Just because people aren't giving you the answers you want don't give the "go pound sand" attitude. Ok now back to it...Whats your diet and training routine like? I mean its gotta be pretty expert being that you've been training for 2 yrs (sorry you give what you get bro)
