what up bro....personal opinion i think u just start the prop 3 days after the sust injection. than go on with the prop at the same 500 mg/week u were running with the sust, that way ur blood levels stay the same. I could be totally wrong tho, so please wait for someone more knowledgable to help you out.

read ur post wrong. u stated u are doing 500mg x 2 a week. I misread that.
