My next cycle starts in a few weeks test p 75mg Ed weeks 1-8 / npp 50mg Ed weeks 1-8 my question is do I wait a few days before I inject the npp so that the test can start working?

No they are both short esters so you can start them together but I would run your test one week longer then NPP

It's fine to start them at the same time, might want to run your test a week longer though.
