    Loss of appetite on tren

Is this normal? I'm finding it hard to finish meals, even after a big workout. I find myself having to drink more shakes because i just can't eat. WTF What could be causing this?

Taking in less calories then previously because I haven't worked for the past month, and work is very labour intensive (construction) so i usually eat alot.

All i'm doing is empty stomach cardio in the AM 5 days a week, and lifting 5 days a week (workouts are always intense, i leave the gym dripping).

Fingers crossed my appetite picks up in the next couple of weeks when the test kick in. I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this.

I'll pick some b12 up this week.
    Not running any orals.
Cycle started 3 weeks ago, i began losing my appetite 2 weeks in.
Could lack of sleep also be contributing? Sleep has been terrible to say the least.. lol

sleep could be a factor but generally lack of sleep tends to lead people to eat more, but it can have the opposite effect

also since your not working could be a psycological effect

the HEAT and weather weve been having also could be a factor, im struggling atm to eat when its really hot, and finding it easier when its cool

being on tren doesnt make life any cooler

    Definately not bro.

Yeah the weather has been ridiculous lately, it was really hard to eat those few days over 40.

How much tren are you running?

How much weight have you put on since starting the course?

Tren was developed for livestock to promote muscle growth and increase the appetite, many bodybuilders have a wicked appetite on tren but there are also many who suffer serious sides and one is a reduction in the appetite sounds like tren is the problem from what you have told me up to no.

I would cut down the mg your using per week because food is the most important thing for building muscle tissue and if your struggling to get it in you need to solve the issue fast otherwise its pointless to be on the course, you could also try eating smaller meals but more often and get some b12 at 1000mgs ED.

I'll pick up some b12 and start off at 1000mg ed and if that doesn't increase my appetite i will drop my tren dosage. Eating smaller meals and more often also sounds like a good idea.

Sounds good to me, but I would consider dropping the tren dose aswell, take it down to 475mg per week along side the smaller meals and b12, best of luck

its like a healthly milk shake

its basically a 300ml carton flavoured milk

each cartoon in total has 26 carbs
    10 protein
    2 fat

and it has a low G.I score of 40

so for bulking its great coz u can have 2 'up n go' shakes with 1-2 small tins of tuna and uve had a full meal,

makes my bulking life so much easier

Are you taking anything else? Extra stress on the liver will cause lack of appetite.

Nothing other than a MultiVit (morning and after training), VitC (morning) and Zinc (night)

Tren would cause loss of appetite for me if I take a bit much. At 700mg/week of Tren Ace my appetite is fine but when I upped it to 1000mg/week thats when my appetite went dead.
