    New member needs help!

    Important parts are in bold!

Well I have been searching on this forum for a while couldn't find an answer so I decided to make an account and ask my question.

First I will start off with a brief background. I have taken X-tren, H-drol and currently am on M-drol. I consume 4 meals a day and 2-3 protein shakes which usually adds up to 200-300 grams of protein a day. I am 5'10 sitting at 170 right now. I gained 17 lbs off X-tren and M-drol is stronger so I am hoping to atleast get to 180-185.

    So now my question:

I want to step it up a bit and go into injectables. I know pills are very hard for my body and want to stop taking them now. What I'm looking to do is get some kind of cutting cycle together but I don't want to lose weight, I want to maintain or maybe gain 5 lbs max but get an extremely defined look. I would only want to take one cycle as after it I would like to stop taking prohormones/steriods because I will have reached my desired weight of about 190.

Ofcourse I wouldn't be taking the cycle for about 6-7 months maybe even more as I'm on one right now but I just wanted to ask right now and get everything set out.

So what would be a good cycle and PCT to take? I would be willing to stack if it isn't too hard on my body. Oh and if it burns fat that would be an added bonus as I would love anything that would aid me in obtaining abs.

Sorry for the wordy post but I wanted to lay out as much information that would be needed so I wouldn't be getting asked a lot of questions after posting.

    Age 19
Weight: 171 currently, aiming for 180-185 by end of current cycle.
BF: 16% according to my weight scale which has a built in measuring system. I highly doubt I am 16% body fat because I am pretty lean and play football and hockey. When I tell people I am 16% they tell me to slap myself.
    BB bench: 275 x 6
    Squats: 295 x 8
    BB curl: 95 x 6
    Military press: 205 x 8
    Deadlifts: 225 x 6

Thats all I can think of, need anything else let me know.

I'm sure you wont like my answer but you are too young. You currently have so much natural test running in through your body, all you need right now is a solid diet.

Well I do already have a pretty strict diet. I consume no sugars or fastfood and I basically just eat meat and pasta.

Well your right, thats not the answer I want to hear, but appreciate your concern. Even if I did take it, which I am not completely sure of because Im not even done my current cycle (basically depends on the results I get off this cycle) I'd be 20 by the time I took the cycle.

Basically I wanna know, If I do end up taking a cycle what I should take. I have buddies who take steroids but they are all about bulking and couldn't help me what so ever with this question.

It's more the just skipping sugers or fastfoods and more then just eating meat and pasta.
Since you say you have time before you cycle I say work on your diet.
    Post what you ate yesterday

not only are you too young (even 20 is too young) but your too small. You can def gain more naturally. You actually could have gained more without of the supps that you have already taken. Do some more research, get your diet in check and work your ass off in the gym. Your just not ready for it man, nothing wrong with me saying that about 90% of people arent.

Sorry I couldnt reply back sooner guys but with going to the gym and school I hardly get any time to do anything besides study and work out.

Well I'll post what I ate and drank yesterday, I will probably forget a couple things but I'll do what I can.

1- Oatmeal, 2 pieces of toast, half a 8 oz chicken breast, orange juice and milk.

2 (before gym)- Protein shake and a banana on the ride there.

3 (after gym)- 2 8 oz chicken breast burgers, 4 wings, protein shake.

4- beef lasagna, mashed potatoes, half a steak (couldnt finish the whole thing)

5- The other half of the steak, some left over lasagna, fruit salad and a weight gainer.

I dont always get 5 meals a day sometimes 4 sometimes 6. It basically depends on how much homework I have on the day and what time I wake up. I almost always get 3 shakes a day but again, sometimes its 2 and sometimes its 4.

I know my diet isnt perfect but I do what I can. If anyone has an suggestions I'm open to hear em. My diet probably isnt the healthiest one out there but I like to eat food that tastes good, and considering how good my meals taste I think they're pretty healthy.

I have been working out for 4 years. I worked out for 1.5 years, took a year off and got pretty small. I realized I felt like b*tch not working out so for about the last 1.5 years ive been working out at least 5 days a week sometimes I even go 7 days. When I go 7 days I try to get a couple days of cardio so I dont over do it.

I tried a lot to get my weight up but I couldn't seem to do it. Thats the only reason I took the stuff that I did. If I could have done it naturally, trust me I would have.

you should be eating smaller portions just more during the day, and less shakes. your body can only consume about 50g a protein per meal and what i've been reading your probably shuving down 100g+ on some meals which is absolutly pointless imo.

and who eats a chicken breast for breakfast?

I was able to go from 145-190 in 3 years with a good diet,

you've done few cycles of orals and haven't even reach your genetics potential, which means that something is wrong in the picture, and your better off fixing it (your diet)

you eat 3-4 meals a day, I eat around 8-10 meals a day, and I'm a extremely hard gainer,

you might be taking 3000-4000 calories in your day, I'm taking around 6000-8000.

anyways gl, hope you choose the right path.

Iv done it hundreds of times. you do what has to be done to get where you want to be.

if he ate ice cream for breakfast then bust his nuts, but chicken breast is a 100% acceptable protein source at anytime of the day. rather him have the solid meal than have another shake. who said you can only eat "breakfast" in the morning.

true, but he could get eggs in there, and save that chicken breast for another meal in the day imo.

but that's just my 2 cents

Yesterday was the only day I didn't eat eggs because I ran out of them. Usually I have eggs and chicken breast but because I had no eggs I threw in the oatmeal.

And I wish I would have 8-10 meals a day, I have a hard enough time getting as much food as I do down.

I noticed that when I drink 2-3 shakes a day I feel better throughout the day and my muscles feel tighter. I don't know if anyone else notices that but I do and I get protein powder really cheap because my best friends aunt works for PVL.

The thing is, I started working out when I was like 120-125 I got to 150 naturally and just sat there for a really long time. I tried 5x5 workout, I tried high protein diets. I even hired a personal trainer who made me a workout and diet which he said would get me weight for sure and sure enough, it didn't work.

It may not seem like I tried hard enough to gain the weight but I dont see how I can prove it to anyone that I did.

you'll find if you eat around 600-800 calories per meal that you'll be able to sink more down throughout the day, my meals are spread around every hour and a half to 2hours,
once you smaller portions/ more often your metabolism is gonna go up,

I've tryed stuffing my face with 1200-1500 calories in 1 meal and I feel bloated for like 4-5 hours which imo is pointless.

no one said you haven't tried hard, we all have been in your shoes trust me, we just follow peoples advice who have had success with certain things and try to apply it to our own regime and see if it works for us, and eventually you'll find whatever works for you.

Ive tried making my portions smaller and eating more meals but I just dont have the time to be making that much food and eating it. It takes about 45 mins to make and eat food and with school studying and gym I dont have time to be doing that a lot. I already have a hard enough time doing it with the amount of meals I take in now.

I think im gonna try out smaller portions and more meals on mondays and tuesdays because my mom doesn't have work on those days and see how it goes.

Do you think I should cut down on the shakes? The way I look at it, its only gonna help right?
