3rd cycle
Here are my Stats:
5'11
8 % body fat
160 lbs
----------------------------
ok about to be at the end of my 2nd cycle. I just ran week 1-5 1ml of Super Test 450 and week 1ml 5-10 of Sustanon 450. Gained about 10 lbs. Starting 3rd cycle up in 10 weeks.
My goals are more Strength while still lean. How does this look ?
wk 1-10 Sustanon 450 1ml a week
wk 1-6 Tri Tren 300 mgs (150 twice a week)
wk 1-6 Masteron 300 mgs (150 twice a week)

The Sustanon has a estrogen blocker in it, but I need advice on pct.

.... You're 5'11... and you're 160 pounds.... and you've run 3 cycles?
Even at 8% BF 160 pounds is verry light.... (is there a reason for that, or what?)
and how old are you?
What is the A.I. dosage in your sustanon ?
what were your previous PCT's???

LOL obviously to much wrong here.... I barely at in highschool. Well ate all the wrong sh*t and was 160lbs. At 5'6... 5'11... 160lbs.... WOW. especially on a 3rd cycle.
Someone needs to learn how to diet. and should not be messing with tren

I'm 24
as far Pct's go i've done clomid 100/50/50/50 thats it, I took that after my first cycle.
My diet consist of taking in 3000 to 4000 calories thats 6 meals a day. I take in close to 320 grams of protien per day also. Workout 3 days a week, eod.
but yeah the only thing I've taken is Test. I was thinking of branching off to something else but from the comments I see, Ive done it all wrong... Can i get some suggestions ?

The problem for 3rd cycle is your 160lbs at 5'11...... Dude... I weighed that in highschool naturally eating garbage..... At 5'6

You should post exactly what you ate yesterday so we can just get a look at your diet.

You can list your macros here or in the diet section.
What does your last blood work-up look like?
Just want to cover all angles here to make sure the "other" parts of your HPTA are working correctly.

yeah boss its tough for me to gain weight always has been hell in H.S i weighed 110 and had a pretty healthly appetite... that being said what would you recommand ?

OK
Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter w/ a 32 Protien shake and 1 capsule of flax oil (every morning)
Mid morning snack: 1/2 avocado with a cup of mixed nuts and a piece of fruit (useally an apple).
Lunch: bowl of salad with grilled chicken breast or Steak with 1/2 avocado followed by a 32 protien shake. 1 capsule of flax oil
mid afternoon snack: cup of mixed nuts a piece of fruit with either a 20 gram protien bar or anthor shack.
after Workout 32 gram protien shake
Dinner: ill useally have something that has alot of Carbs like pasta with some sort of meat on top with a salad mixed with avocado one capsule of flax oil.
before Bed: anthor 32 protien shake
the protien shakes say they have 800 calories with 4 scoops and I consume a gallon of water thru out the day

too many shakes, and not enough food, imo, n your snacks should be have some meat in them.
If your a hard gainer like me, I had to load myself in a carb diet(800g), and eat 400g of protein a day, my diet consist of around 6000-7000 calories currently, and I ain't gaining like a beast neither. and if you've been on 2-3 cycles your diet is sure hell lacking, needs to be reworked, probably most experienced users might be able to tell you, or if you post it in the diet section.

Canyoudig it is right, you get better growth off of food not shakes. I only use shakes for PWO or if I am working way too long and cant get to healthy food and I protein with me all the time.
Go to the diet section and there are a lot of guys that can help you there.
My old workout partner was 143lbs, 5'10" 8%bf, I had to force food in him and he gained 10lbs of natural muscle his first year.

and if you didnt read between the lines...do not do a third cycle. You should be able to get somewhere naturally first unless you F'ed yourself up too much. You honestly should have cycled in the first place being that your so small and still are.
