Sounds kinda weird, but I'll say it anyways.

The more water I drink, the more food I want to consume.

And then the more water I drink, makes me want more water and food.

I ran a cutting cycle and found that water intake was key for myself.

This may just be me and not applicable to anyone else, but it does work for me.

I put down about 3 quarts on a bad day and over a gallon easy on a good day.

    Best

I assume you're eating 6-8 meals per day?

yeah, i try, but some days i just physically cant get it down and fill the void with shakes( not good), i have no desire to eat. i prob could go 24hrs without eating on cycle, but when off i'd easily polish off 10 meals a day. id be great on cutting cycles lol!!!!

Declan mate im exacly like you while on cycle the thought of chicken and rice sends shivers down my spine.

I think the loss of appetite is due to improved feed efficiency, my appetite is really bad while on tren and Anaps. Reason i say this and can back it up is that i maintain my weight while eating less than half of what i normally do.

also another thing that i think kills appetite is an AI during your cycle i think the reduction in estrogen effects your appetite, evidence to back this up when i switch to an SERM during cycle i see an improvement in appetite.

To answer your question there is nothing you can really do about it as i have tried absolutly every thing even EQ lol

Not sure if you're already doing this, but eating smaller, more frequent meals can help.

    Also you could try B12.
