Can you take these like they are or do you need to convert them to liquid?

you need to crush them up and mix it with dmso and water about 50/50 rub into skin. or you can inject it. but thats a pain in the ass to prepare

I njecting is not a pain in the ass my bro did it in front of me and it worked great and you will get better results from injecting plus you won't smell bad.

Ya, making the inject is easy, I did my first kit this morning and it was really that easy. I have heard that if you use the DMSO method you will stink all day long..
