Im at the end of week 3 on a 4wk dbol (30), 8wk deca (400), 10 wk (sus) 500 cycle and my lower back is tighter than a mofo. I read a thread maybe last month that someone posted about the same thing,
but I cant find it. I think I remember it saying that Dbol was the cause.
Is it true? and What can be done if anything to ease the tension. Also
I pulled a ligament or something between my chest and shoulder on my
right side in the middle of benching. Thats gonna put a damper on my max cause I cant f w/ it for a while, remember Im at the beginning of a
cycle so any suggestions for a speedy recovery is appreciated. Whats
the Word?
