    What do you guys think?

A local Max Muscle owner Ive known for years is 6'2 about 285. Hes maintained his weight for about 7 years. When I first met him he was all natural workiing out 7 days a week and pushing 215. His bf is pretty low.
He claims to not be taking aas but I know thats bs.
I watched him work out in the gym and he lifts very light. How the hell does he maintain that size with such light lifts? What do you guys think hes on?

What is your definition of very light? It doesn't take as much heavy weight lifting to maintain, but you're not going to get there with out some weight.

For example he was doing lunges with max weight at 40 pound dumbells. Dumbell curls maxed out at 40 pound dumbells.

this thread is really really stupid
I wanna be a weak vaj but look big

    form plays a big role
genetics of shitty quality muscle fiber

look for ways to improve your joint pain, stretches and ways to make them stronger, rather then be a twat that looks big.

the movements and pounding forces rather then the weight are often the issue
for example running bothers my knees but squating what you might call heavy doesn't
same is true for people with back pain...running is one of the worst things they can do

be a man not a poser

I asked about maintaning size, I dont want to be like him. My joints can use a break inbetween
major growth cycles. This thread was meant mainly to get general feedback, not to make any statement.
