    bf loss..

    basically ive done 2 bulking cycles before just 2 simple test e cycles..but its been a while and as ive said in a couple of my posts ive just been stupid and not training and eating crap..so was thinking of running a clen cycle to get rid of the bf so i can get to back almost where i was (less a bit of mass) but is clen only the best cycle to do for losing bf or am i better off running winstrol with it and doing some weights aswell??if i could id love to do another test cycle but obv want to lose the fat first..is there a cycle out there where you can put on the mass like test e and lose bf aswell or am i just wishing??

    You're not going to add muscle while burning fat.

    You are on a lifting schedule right?

    You should add some cardio , make sure your diet is on point, and possibly add a fat burner.

    Cut the body fat first, and get back into shape before you cycle. Clen is fine if you want, but in all honesty, I think it's over rated. As trite as it sounds, diet and cardio will take you farther than clen.

    Diet and Cardio but no more than 30 min if u want to retain what muscle u have But
    Diet is the most important thing for cutting the BF% Also alot of water
    Winny is not a fat loss drug but if U plan on running 30miles a day and cutting the Cals extremely low then it would help u retain muscle mass. In any case it takes more time to lose fat than it dose to gain fat. So try next time not to let yourself go.

    Why will more than 30 min of cardio burn through muscle?

    if your looking to burn fat and gain strength you might want to look into a sarms s4 and clen cycle, I am seeing more people start to use both as a combo.

    ahh rite ok..im just about losing the fat for now..ill cycle when its gone..
    a little lifting but mainly cardio..
    im going to do 30 mins 2wice a day..rest on sunday(too much??)
    my diet has now been simplified thanks to one of the members for me to follow it
    it is..

    9am coffee and cardio

    10am 1 boiled egg and some oats


    12.00 chicken salad

    2.00 tuna salad

    5.00 beef with veg

    6.30 cardio some weights..

    drink water only apart from morning coffee

    and run a clen cycle
    2 weeks on 2 weeks off at 80mcg ed
    for 12 weeks

    also is arr 1 bottle of clen enough for a 2 week cycle like that??

    Someone helped you with this diet? You could take advantage of an increased metabolism if you ate 6 times a day vs 4.

    Get even amounts of protein in all 6 meals. Not sure of your size, but 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight. If you weigh 200 lbs, thats 300 grams. Keep your carbs at about 1 gram per lb of body weight at start of diet and adjust.

    One boiled egg for breakfast??? That's not enough, only 6 grams of protein.

    Not trying to high jack a thread but just my .02 and a thought of my next cycle to cut fat retain/build lean muscle which sounds like what the O.P. whats to do. Any seniors members please speak up. I was thinking about Test E 750 mg a week, Eq 600 a week and t3 at 50 mcg a day, since t3 also helps with protien synthesis. From what I have read the Eq will help build and retain lean muscle and the t3 will drop fat and may effect your muscle, if you use the Eq will this to help combat the t3?

    If your boyfriend is against steroids it shouldn't matter what you take...test should be enough to get him to dump you.


    Seriously though your diet is so crappy...you aren't going to get ideal weight loss and muscle retention on what looks like about 1500 cals a day and only eating between the hours of 10 and 5.

    Sounds like you're a new years resoloution overweight but not dedicated person and I don't advise you take anything except diet and cardio until you can maintain a routine for a substantial amount of time...you're going to disagree with that, but oh well.

    No need to ever take steroids if you aren't doing resistance training at all.
    Clen isn't all that, will give you the shakes, gives nasty cramps and you don't need it...plus taking 80mcg the first day can be a pretty bad time so you haven't researched it either.

    so if I'm assuming the worst it's your fault

    yeah i know you should start with 20 and raise it untill the side effects are not toralable..and so on and so on which is what i probally will do just put it down as in it'll be 80 a day..
    i used to be a dedicated person trained for about 7 years but only 2 years straight with a strict diet and workout routine,for which i did 2 test e cycles..and then i lost my job so had to cancell the gym and met my new gf and just slacked and found myself where i am now..so want to do clen so i can get back to nearly where i was (bf wise) to give me the motivation to do it again..
