    Most Effective 6 Wk Plan?

    What up All....

    Looking for the most effective 6 week cycle. Ive done Winn alone for only 6 weeks and seen results, nothing like when Winn was stacked with Prop and Tren for 10 weeks but ofcourse there is gonna be different results.

    Thinking: 6 weeks Prop and Winn?

    or

    Should I throw in something else that will help me gain better results than Winn & Prop being I already know what Winn & Prop can do for me?

    Im not looking to bulk too big...Im looking to Cut but gain solid muscle mass.

    205lb
    10%bf
    28age
    great health, great diet, cardio machine!

    PASTone this cycle 3 times within the past 3 years(LOVE RESULTS)
    Prop-10wk
    Tren-10wk
    Winn-wk6-12
    PCT

    Im looking for somewhat of a booster being I havent geared up in almost a year, somewhat of a starter pack to gain some strength and muscle then take a few weeks off and hit it hard with a 10-12 week. My current off season has been dedicated to cardio and high rep light weight lifting so that I can drop my BF%, obviously within that time I lost alot of muscle I gained from the previous cycle.

    The plan is to do a 6 week starting begining of FEB which then I would end mid MARCH...pick off till APRIL...Then start my 10-12 week mid APRIL through summer.

    Not really enough time off to fully recover. You'd be better of running a 12-14 week well thought out cycle with a test base.
