    Please Critique Cycle

    preparing for my second cycle

    Ht: 5'7''
    Wt: 175 lbs
    BF: 10-13%
    Age: 24
    Training Experience: about 10 years
    Nutrition: solid understanding

    I want to do a bulking cycle to put on some nice mass gains. Heres what I am thinking of...

    Cycle
    Dbol : wk 1-5 @30mg ED
    Test E: wk 1-12.5 @250mg twice a week
    EQ: wk 1-12.5 @200mg twice a week

    PCT
    Nolva: wk 14-18 @40mg,40mg,20mg,20mg ED
    Clomid: wk 14-18 @100mg,50mg,50mg,50mg ED

    I was originally going to leave out the EQ but I wanted to throw it in to aid in strength gains and to help boost my appetite. I figured it was alright because my first cycle was an EQ solo cycle and my body took it well. I didn't know if the dosing of EQ was good though. I figured 400mg/wk was good for someone my size but I could be wrong. My first cycle of EQ was @ 400mg/wk but I weighed 150 at the time.

    Let me know what you think... any suggestions would be great and let me know if you want any more info from me.

    I would do it like this...

    wk 1-5 Dbol at 40MG
    wk 1-12 Test E at 500-600MG a wk

    Leave the equipose out dude....not worth it...You could do Deca but then again you will gain alot using only the dbol as a kickstart and the test at 600MG a wk. ....

    Is the EQ bad because it is usually used for cutting and not bulking?

    some people love the eq, some hate it.. Only thing i liked is it made my appetite huge!! its expensive and only really effective if ran at around 600mg a week, save your money for food bro

    I do not have experience with eq. The main reason is the very mixed reviews and also be aware some people seem to get terrible anxiety as a side.

    sounds good ill stay away from the EQ on this cycle... another quick question

    MekeMeke you said to run Test E @ 500-600mg/week could I pin Every Three Days instead of twice a week to hit that upper limmit? or should I still just do it twice a week and adjust the dosage?

    I figure if I do twice a week it would probably be like
    pin, day2, day3, pin, day5, day6, day7, pin, day2, day3, pin, day 5, day6, day7 (2 weeks)
    If I do Every Three days it would look like this
    pin, day2, day3, pin, day5, day6, pin, day1, day2, pin, day4, day5, pin, day7 (2 weeks)

    Mate your stats were very similar to mine and my first cycle was
    Test E -weeks 1-12
    Dbol - weeks 1-4
    I had massive gains as long as your diet is in check the this should be suffient enough for ur first cycle then look at the eq for ur second .
    250mg monday morning- 250mg thurday night is the way to go every 3.5 days

    I love EQ man..not only does it let me eat like a animal but my body respond well to the slow and steady gains. If your set on using it you need to bump up from 400mgs. I usually go somewhere around 650-750mgs to see results, also stretch it out to 14 weeks if you have the fund and what i do is front load it for 2 weeks at about 850-950mgs...sounds like a lot i know but it really helps.
