    i see a cycle in my near future....got questions

    What's up guys and gals. I'm 25 years old and I've been back in the gym for a while now. I did my first cycle at 21. Test e and deca . 12 weeks. Good bulking cycle and I was pleased w the results. I think ima be ready in a few weeks or possibly months for another cycle. The pronlem is I don't know how much I'm going to need. I have a chance to get some stuff but I gotta do it soon. So I'm going to get what I need and hold on to it until I'm ready to take it.

    This is what I wanna do
    I wanna take test e and eq. I know what ill need for test. I'm going to take 500mg a week. But I'm not sure how much eq to take or how often to take it. Can you guys help? I want to lean down some but still get good solid gains. I don't wanna bulk like I did my last cycle. Right now in the gym I'm hitting cardio hard 5 or 6 times a week for at least 35 or 40 minutes a day. Sometimes more. As far as diet I don't have a set meal plan. I eating as much protein as I can and trying to keep the calories. As low as I can. As I'm trying to burn as much fat off as I can before I cycle. I'm really not even lifting right now. Is that something I should also do to help burn the fat? All I'm doing is cardio. Also keeping the carbs Downn and drinking lots and lots and lots of water. Thanks guys. Any input is appreciated

    what are your stats

    height?
    weight?
    body fat?

    you should definitely be lifting. If you're not lifting, what's the point of steroids .

    And by the fact that you don't have a set diet, makes me think you might not be ready for a cylce for a while.

    Eq needs to be run at a minimum of 14 weeks at 600mgs a week. Split both the test and eq doses. 250mgs of test twice a week and 300 mgs of eq twice a week. Do you have a proper pct??? What are your stats? Diet?? Body fat %??

    steroids don't work unless you do resistance training. I've looked at two threads this morning and this is the second time I've posted this.

    It's madness for you to take any steroids

    yes you will put on weight and look better in the mirror at the end of your cycle, but results will fade fast.

    muscle built from steroids alone is minimal and will start going away as soon as you take them away. Your body will balance itself out unless your net result is greater than the addition of the medication alone. The big benefit to roids happens as a result of the increase in exercise, recovery, and intensity.


    Why don't you just say...it's january, I made a new years resoloution and...it's proving to be hard work and I don't like hard work

    Always be lifting no matter what unless you are taking a planned short break to recuperate or are suffering some sort of injury.

    I'm not saying that because its not the truth. Like I said in my first post I have done a 12 week cycle a few years ago and busted ass. I know its hard work. Without a good diet and intense workout I know I won't get the results I want. I also said I'm not getting them to take them right now. I'm taking them later. I just need to know how much eq to get and no to the other guy I don't have a pct yet. This is all stuff I know I need and will have it all before I start. This may not even happen til summer time. I just need to know how much to get. But I know now

    you're still missing the point
    you don't even have a routine of lifting and you're planning a cycle
    I mean...c'mon that's just irresponsible short sited and lazy on your part
    not to mention puts you at serious risk for joint ligament and tendon injuries

    Planning a cycle so I know what I wsnna do and how to do it in the future is. Irrisponsible? I'm not just getting it and doing it. I appreciate yalls input I am just having a hard time understanding. Some of what your saying that's all

    Wow! I missed that! Yea you dont need to be taking an aas! Training and dieting are not in place.

    you plan on using it in weeks, or maybe hold off as much as months
    you don't at this time lift any weights and haven't for some time

    Ok. I can see why you think that. But this may be my only chance to get. It for a long time that's why I wsnna get it now and hold it til I'm ready. I agree. I have a lot of work to do before I start but I wsnna get it while I can. That's what this thread was supposed to be about

    Thanks for your input dude but I used to have like 5 sources and now I'm down to one I think with good discipline ill he able to hold off on it for a while. Hell ice had winny lying around for 2 years and haven't touched it

    I doubt you'll notice much difference between that range as it's a very weak compound. People who like EQ usually are people who have trouble gaining weight because they don't like to eat. Many people feel the only thing eq does is make you hungry. You're doing cardio and nothing else right now so I'm guessing you're a chunker or at a little chubby. With Eq you'll eat a little more food so your test cycle in absense of good lifting and diet will leave you fatter. Good luck.

    Damn. That was kinda mean. Hurt my feelings a little bit. But you couldn't be any more wrong about the way I am. Have a house that I bought at 21 married for 3 years to a beautiful wife and have a daughter that will be here in a month. Also have a very good job. I was just asking. A simple question and you stuck it to me. I respect everything you said along w evereyone else and I will listen to you. I appreciate everthing everyone said. Mean or not. Thanks

    we try to help people here and it can be frustrating when nobody listens to the advise even though it's in their best interst.

    I'm sure your life is fine and you don't look that bad.
    But as far as physical, if you want to look better and feel better about that...hold off on the gear, work on your diet (we have a forum for that here). Hammer out a good lifting rountine and develop a habit of going to the gym for a long period of time. Diet and exercise are 100% of looking good, there is no substitute. Gear can only make good better. People don't trust you when you say that, but I've seen what happens to many people who do steroids without addressing that first. Either they get hurt in the gym or they get big for a couple months and go right back, get discouraged and go back to getting fat and sitting on the couch.

    I even know a kid who's about 22 who went through that a few times and decided he was sick of going back to the way he looked pre steroids...so he decided to stay on all the time. He was taking oral steroids and test. Well he ended up developing a nasty case of IBS and his eyes turned yellow. Both from an overstressed liver. He went to the doc and the doc told him to come off or die. This was after about 8 months on. He came off and was smaller then ever and then became fat.

    There is nothing magic about steroids so don't put the cart before the horse.

    Ya and I don't wanna be "that guy". that's why ima listen to you and just hit the gym hard for a while and get a good routine and diet down before thinking about it. I guess I'm just worried that when the time comes I won't be able to get my hands on it that's all
