Hey Guys,
Just finished 12wks TestE/Deca clean bulk cycle. Got about 15lb gain.
Current stat: 5'4", 178lbs, 14%bf.. 2ND "real" cycle in 4 years
I caught a slight virus last week & was out of gym for about 5 days & lost 5lbs on the scale due to poor eating habits when sick. (now 173lbs)
I was happy w/ the lean gain on cylce. But curious about dieting on PCT & quickly getting back up in weight, since I know to expect a loss from coming off AAS, GETTING SICK didn't help.
A few questions I have are:
1. Should i continue the same bulk diet through PCT & can I still benefit from growth by doing so? & How much longer (weeks) there after?
Depends on what you call a "bulk" diet. But in general, yes, you wnat to keep cals higher in pct
2. Can i start Clen now or during PCT? (anti-catabolic purposes)
If you choose to use it, I would run it in pct
3. When would you guys suggest using creatine?
I honestly don't think it matters that much. Using it in pct is fine.
*** Cutting up is no issue right now, won't be until April. I figure by keeping a good clean diet I can still afford to gain a few **
