need some advice for my cut cycle please

5'10
25 years old
14% Body Fat
190lbs

Training experience /cycle experience/ pct knowledge
6 years training , 4 hard training
first cycle was Test E 500mg/wk (cycle consisted of 12 weeks)
pct was
nolvadex 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

This cycle I want to run HCG throught the cycle so I won't have to bring my boys back from the dead

supplemnts
ester c
multi vit
fish oil
glucosamine

I want to start a second cycle to cut and my compounds I wanted to use were Test prop, and either anavar or winstrol

Im not sure which combination is better or if all three would be good, so I need some help please,

also, im not exactly sure on how to run it (eg: 10-12weeks? and when to add in the anavar/winstrol)

I prefer var over winny, if you can afford it. Winny kills my joints.

How about,

1-10 prop 75mg/ED
5-10 Var 80mg/ED

pct starts three days after last prop shot.

Oh sorry! I just saw it.

You could run a 12 week cycle of the test. Both var and winny are great compounds. Var is easier to recover from in my opinion. I would take an AI during cycle when using hcg .

do you think that cycle would be ideal for a good cut, meaning maintaining if not gaining a little LBM and loosing a ton a fat (I know diet is the biggest factor )

how does 12 weeks look:
1-12 test prop 150mg EOD
6-12 anavar 80mg ED
hcg 250iu 2x a week 1-12weeks

is their a difference in pinning ed vs eod?

Ok, that's pretty much what I gave you, except you want to run it for 12 weeks. That's fine, you can do that. But trust me, after 10 weeks of prop, you'll be feeling like a pin cushion and ready to pct.

I prefer shooting short esters ED. I don't think you'll see a huge difference though, no.
