I am 42 5 9 232 lbs just getting back in the swing of things last time I did this I went up to 246 lbs with 14 pct body fat my bench was not crazy 315 8 times max and military 235 8 to 10 times max. My diet sucked and I did a little B-BALL I am looking for your oppinion for other options but I loved the Test man I felt great and the daca made my old F-Ball injuries go away but I aqm looking for of the ripped look
