Could be lots of reasons. Are they even using the same oil? It doesn't have to mean anything is wrong. What it comes down to is do you trust them? I mean, you're going to inject it...

my sourse is 100% the oil just looks thinner and lighter.

prb just diffrent oil,, i do find though when the oil seems to thin for a certain mg/ml ratio its usually lower quality/dose
