Post gyno surgery questions

Hi im new to this website but i wanted to see if maybe someone could help me out with a couple questions i have. Ive had gyno since puberty and got the surgery done 2 weeks ago. i got both lipo and the gland taken out. my questions is, did anyones nipple get a lil puffy and swollen after the surgery? My surgeon said its normal and its prob a lil scar tissue but im scared its come back again. i'd appreciate any replies. Thanks
