This is going to be my first cycle, i have been training seriously for about 2 years, and my diet is on track. Im going to run a basic test and dbol cycle.
Weeks 1-12 test cypionate 400mgs
Weeks 1-5 Dbol 20-30mgs
Then at signs of gyno i will take 20mgs of nolva, regardless taking nolva for pct for about 5-6 weeks.
Just wondering if this is a good beginner cycle, or if i need to tweak it in certain ways, also if i take just as much dbol on rest days...
