questions about my first cycle...

if i have no time for dining hall food... i grab a sandwich, protein shake, and a yogurt parfait
dinner:
chicken wrap with lettuce tomato, same stir-fry thing as above, and possibly chicken if they have it
LIFT then protein shake
late night:
tuna or turkey sandwich with powerbar
(if i dont have a protein shake at lunch time i have another right before i go to bed.. around 1-2am)

You are to young my brotha... please... Dont use them as an alternative to gain some size back due to the mono..... Your young. Dont put your body threw it at your age. your natty test levels are high enough to make gains.

yea i agree with both...i would reccomend checking out the diet forum and read the sticky on bulking. i learned alot from the diet forum which i thought i knew before but obviously did not. check that out and see how it works for you

It's hard to either work or go to classes and pull it all together.
But your just 20 now, so you have plenty of time to get it all together.

alright thanks guys. its just extremely frustrating lifting like i do and eat as much as i can whenever possible, but it's difficult to eat when/hat i want when im away from home at school. im using gold standard protein since its mad cheap and good.. is there any suggestions for a weight gainer without gaining too much fat grams??

U need solid foods... I dont use any protein powders. I used to be young and dumb. and jammed as much sh*t into a shake as possible.. I could make a 1500-2000 calorie shake np. Tasted rather good... But really. The only thing it did was make me sh*t a lot more. And i wondered why i wasn't gaining... SOLID food is best my friend.

c-z,
i've been tryin to do that, but since im away at school its kinda difficult to get the 4,5,6 meals a day. i buy extra sandiwhces sometimes to eat whenever, but if you look at my diet above... is that descent?? anything i should add/take out??
