diet:
morning- omlet with about 2-3 eggs in in, 4 or 5 hard boiled eggs, fruit with yogurt and grinola ontop (eat this every day basically)
lunch: (depending on class time)
stir-fry= chicken/beef and tofu with broccoli, turkey wrap with lettuce and tomato, and possibly a salad
if i have no time for dining hall food... i grab a sandwich, protein shake, and a yogurt parfait
dinner:
chicken wrap with lettuce tomato, same stir-fry thing as above, and possibly chicken if they have it
LIFT then protein shake
late night:
tuna or turkey sandwich with powerbar
(if i dont have a protein shake at lunch time i have another right before i go to bed.. around 1-2am)
