    hgh and anabolics

    how's it going,

    this is my first time on a forum site, i have been using steroids for 2 years now, i'm at 5'10 and weigh 13 stone. i want to step it up. i was wondering if i could get some advice on course i want to start in 2 months time. it is a 12-16 wk course including
    deca -300mg p/wk
    test (ethanate)- 250 mg p/wk
    hgh - ?
    i would really appreciate if i could get any feed back on how much hgh i can take and a pct after. and any help on duration of the corse would also be very helpful

    You've been juicing for two years and are 180lbs? What have your previous cycles looked like?

    age?
    body fat%?
    years training?
    pct knowledge?
    goals?
    diet?

    how's it going ErnstHatAngst,

    first i would like thank you for replying back, i really appreciate it. i am 24 years old and my goal is to gain another stone and a half, my body fat is at 13.4%, i have been training for 4 years now 2010 being my 4th. my steroids and pct knowledge is ok just basics, as i work in gym and i have read alot as well. my last course was 300 mg deca p/wk , 250mg enanthate p/wk and dbol for the first four weeks lasting in total 12 weeks . the pct course was taken after 2 weeks taking hcg 1500 iu with in a 2 week interval and starting with

    (21 days pct) - day 1 -250 mg clomid + 60mg nolv
    10 days - clomid 100mg + 40mg nolv
    10days - clomid 50 mg + 20 mg nolv
    which worked pretty good as i gained 11 pounds and lost only 2 pounds since i came off it. but if you have something better i would like to try it.

    now my diet. i am a vegetarian no eggs or fish, my sole protein source comes form protein shakes 4 -5 a day, nuts, cottage cheese, protein bars, quorn (soya meat),variation of beans, soya protein etc
    i have a strict diet, i eat every 2- 2 1/2 -hours.

    so what do you think?
