    Please advise - childish parts of body

    Hello there,
    My name is Luka and I come from Slovenia (ex Yugoslavia), Europe.
    I apologize in advance if I should ve put my question in other "sub-group" or anywhere else. I ve just register and it is my first time to write a message.

    I am 30-year old man and have been working out for 10 years. In my "career" I had been taking in first years deca nandrolone, enanthat and later winstrol and trenbolone. The thing that depresses meso much is that I succeeded in getting desired muscle and cut it on a quite proper level, but I was not able (and still cannot) develop my wrists, the whole forearm or the part bellow my knees (do not know how you call it).
    It is a big disproportion since my fingers, wrists and ancles not only they look tiny and week but like they had stayed on a level of 10-year old boy. I was working out on these parts, used above mention supplements but I am still on the same level that I was.
    I am having 100 kg, 182 cm, nobody believes me that I weigh so much; then they think I am having heavy bones but when looking on my tiny wrist and ancles they are confused. I do not feel any pain when working out, I feel it sometimes in normal living when my ancles or wrists cannot hold on my pressure of 100 kgs. My whole forearm compared to the part above the elbow are totally diferent sizes. The upper part was able to "grow" in 2 weeks, the lower part stayed on the same level. The same story is with legs...
    I would be very gratefull to anybody who would be able to advise me if there is anything I can do to improve this which is really frustrating me; what kind of exercise are needed and steroids to take or it is just a matter of genetics and nothing can be done...?

    I apologize once again if there had been anything written regarding this subject before.

    your shit out of luck for your muscles near your wrist because they dont really grow, just makes your forearm look 10x bigger.

    and for your leg muscles, don't know if your talking about ur calves, or your quads, because your can't do much for bottom part where your ankles are, but for bottom of ur quads you can do squats.

    thanks first for your quick answers, I thought I would wait for at least some days...
    Some additional information about me:
    1. 31 year old
    2. 182 cm
    3. 102 kgs

    Was a boxer from 98 to 2003. Also had some working out in between, after 2003 only work out. My wrist size is 17 cm.
    Currently I am not on any diet but when was on a cylce had quite good discipline as it is also described on this site. Last 5 years every 6 months win-tren cycle...
    I was thinking about taking HGH but not sure if this would help to resolve my problems...??

    You should worry about your diet first, then get your foundation on your body, get your duckets together for your cyle and pct.k
