    Question 1st cycle, what to take??

    Hi guys,

    im new here and need your advice. I have been training for the past year or so and thinking about starting a cycle, I am 24yrs old and 5'10'', currently i am 12 and half stone, roughly 78kg or 174lbs, bf 11%-14% (roughly)

    I eat well, i eat 5 to 6 times a day, mostly healthy stuff, i.e fish, chicken, veg + fruit, red meat, eggs and so on, eat fast food once maybe twice a week.
    Basicaly i want to be a good size for the summer time. I can easily source deca and sustanon , friend of a friend currently on it and can source it for me too if i go ahead with it, but i just dont know if thats the right stuff for me or what amount to take, i also read d-bol is used with them. I just need the right info please, alot of people seem to have alot of different opinons on here so any responses will be seriously taken in.

    Oh and i know all the risks of taking roids so just need to know what to take and of what amount etc...

    Are you able to obtain test? Your best bet is to run a test only cycle

    Rana, he said he can get sustanon , did you mean a different kind of test, or a single Esther test? Just clarifying bro.

    also... just one year of training and ur wanting to cycle... Thats just a little soon.

    Lol I hear ya on that bro! I agree with Rana, since it is your first cycle, Test will more than suffice, I know I gained the most on my first cycle then any others and my first was test alone. The others were all several compounds. Atleast for me it seemed my body reacted very strongly to it the first time.

    1 year isn't enough, nor are your stats anywhere near where they should be to start a cycle(not being mean, just honest)

    Well you definitely don't need deca yet, test only when you're ready
    Oh and i know all the risks of taking roids so just need to know what to take and of what amount etc...
    i doubt you know ALL the risks, and i'm sure there are some we're thinking of that you aren't aware of yet, give it time, stay here and research for a few months, you'll be amazed at how much you learn

    thanks phate i hear ya, so what stats should i be at to start? when i said 1yr at the gym, i ment i have been training for 1 yr straight 5 days a week, and before that i had been doing 2 maybe 3 day a week for about nearly 2yrs just to keep in shape but last year i got serious about it and went at it full time,

    so when you say i'm defo not ready for deca , is there any paritcular reason?

    Which Test would you recommend if i were to start?

    i can't give you a set stats requirement for cycling, it depends on the person, but research "genetic potential" and you'll get an idea

    Couple reasons to not use deca on a first cycle, first off it's a 19-nor derivative, so if you start getting side effects and you're stacking it with test you probably won't be able to tell which drug is the problem, there are several more but the main one is that you don't need it for a first cycle, Test only or Test with an oral kicker gives great results

    test enth or cyp, they're longer esters so you only have to inject 2x a week instead of every day or every other day
