Deca and Sus

I am doing a cycle with Deca/400 and sus/500. Someone told me the other day to do 200 Deca the first week and last. and 250 sus the last one. I have 21 sus on hand. They also said to take it on every 6th day. Do i need to do every 6th or 7th day? and 200 deca first and last instead of 500? Thanks for the help. I also don't know how much this guy really knows.

No he's wrong. What I think he's telling u to do is to pryimid the dose's, which isn't nessasary.
Run it like this:
Week 1-10 Deca 400mgs
Week 1-10 Sus 500mgs (frontload at 750mgs for the first 2 weeks if u can)
Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.
Nolvedex on hand..

also try to split up the sust into 3 shots per week so that you maximze the prop in the sust....Madmax...

21 amps won't allow you to frontload, try and get a few more if possible. i agree with madmax also- try and split up the shots, you might have to preload syringes.
