I am new to the forums as far as a poster, I read frequently. I am going to post my cycle and would like some EXPERIENCED feedback. I would like you to keep in mind that I am currently in Mexico so certain gear is not available here, readily anyways. My goal overall is to gain muscle mass while reducing body fat %'s.
My Cycle and Routine will look like this:
Cardio is done each and every day in the gym and day 7 is full rest day..
Week 1
Day 1: Shot Sustenon 250, 1 - 20mcg tab of Clenbuterol / Chest and Tris
Day 2: 2 Clen Tabs / Back and Bis
Day 3: 3 Clen Tabs / Shoulders and Legs
Day 4: Shot Sust 250, 4 Clen Tabs / Chest and Tris
Day 5: 4 Clen Tabs / Back and Bis
Day 6: Regular Weight and Cardio Routine, Drug Free / Shoulders & Legs
Day 7: Off
Weeks 3-8 will be very similar except I will be upping my dose of Clen as I see fit to a maximum at the end of 3 weeks of 100mcg. Weeks 4 and 5 will be Clen free only dosing 250mg of Sustenon two times per week. Weeks 6,7 and 8 will repeat the doseage of Clenbuterol while maintaining the same dosage and frequency of Sustenon 250. After week 8 I will have some downtime and reasses my goals.
Lets just start with my program. What do you think? Please if you have a cousin in Memphis that gears and are thinking about providing third hand suggestions....Don't!
