How and when do you dose liquid keto when on clen

How many days should i take it though? Also do i start taking it when i stop feeling the effects from clen.. i.e hand shaking etc?

Start taking it after 2 weeks on clen or while on the whole time. I take it from the start because it helps with getting to sleep.

Oh... so is 1mg of Keto ED actually enough?? Thought you'd need at least 2mg since most guides suggest 2-3mg.

i personally take 1mg/100mcg of clen
