    Stacking IGF1-LR3 and Var

    So Im gonna list my dosage and workout on here. Im curious as to if it would be more benificial to stick the IGF once or twice daily and how to split my var.

    I train twice a day four days a week. Early in the morning is my plyo's/speed and agility. Afternoons about 8 hours later is my weight training. So its a monday, tuesday, thursday, friday schedule.

    Morning plyo's consist of box squats, pulling a weighted sled, quick feet drills etc. And afternoon weights is explosive movements for my sport(football).

    Im runnin 60mcg's pwo 4 days a week of IGF1-LR3
    Im runnin 75mg's a day of var

    Age-25yrs
    Height-6'3"
    Weight-235lbs

    So on the IGF...should i do 30mcg's morning after plyo's and 30mcg's pwo afternoon? Or should I do all 60mcg's after my afternoon workout? I know only to take it on the four days I train and not on days off.
    When Im finished with plyo's I cant even walk cause my legs are so full of blood so I know it calls for it and would utilize it as well.

    As for the var...should i split my dosage through out the day?

    P.S. Some might ask why not run test well here is why. I know test is great and I have had good results from it but my concern is pulling something due to the large muscle growth in a small amount of time. What i do is pretty damn tough and I dont want allot of water weight either. Im taking these two together for a more longer gain and the IGF to help repair some hamstring problems I have. Basically going for an athletic approach more so than size..speed and agility are top priority.

    Yes, split the var throughout the day.

    I won't even comment on IGF-LR3, because I think it's worthless

    Yeah I've heard mixed things about the IGF1-LR3...why worthless in your opinion?

    I should have qualified that: it's worthless for muscle building, imo. It's excellent as an expensive GDA, however.

    Pinnacle had a good thread on here a few years back about it...let me see if I can dig it up for you.

    Im not so much using it for muscle building as i am for reparing some wear and tear on the hamstring. GDA?

    I noticed a drop in bf and a gain of lean mass while using IGF-lr3 i was using 100 mcg pwo and 50mcg on none workout days.

    1)Why non work out days if you dont mind me askin. Im doin 60mcg's PWO but if you read my thread above, would it be better to split or take all at once.
    2) How long were you at this dose? How long off?
