    Is it possible?

    today im 1 week into 500mg test e and ive gained 6lb and all my lifts were up today--bench was up 20lb from last monday----diet has not changed---2nd cycle---its obvious im holding some extra water but i don think it could b 6lb--gained 3/8 in. in my arms and 1 1/2 inch in my chest---just thought it took longer to get in ur system

    All in yer head... test e takes much longer to get in your system...

    it aint in my head with all due respect---ive weighed within a pound for 5 mo--and im up 6lb---it wasnt in my head that my bench went up 20lb as ive been benching the same weight for the same reps for the last 2mo---only thing that changed was i started the test

    you can start retaining water in the first 10 days or so

    got some liquidex--would that help with the water---was planning on taking .25mg a day but havent yet as i figured it would take few weeks to kick in

    Liquidex is great for long esters. Mildest of the AI's. That being said there seems to be a wide range of sensitivity to AI's. I would start at .125 every other or third day and dose up if needed from there. The last thing u want is to crush all your estrogen. If yove ever been there it is a pretty crappy feeling.

    OK well unless your test e is tesp p its in your head. I get that great hype like you my friend. Start the cycle and ohhh yeahh that shit will be kicking soon... You just feel so much better about it all. As far as your weight goes... Maybe your eating more? You look starving in your pic?

    I mean everyone wants what they want. lean look.. Bulk look. And after reviewing his posts i think he has done a great job in cutting down.... Personally I would try to do a nice clean bulk. Should do some prop really man. from looking at you and your posts it looks like you want the trimmer cut look. Prop would keep you with much leaner mass.

    3/8 in the arms 1 1/2 inches in the chest.... post a pic. your chest should be like bjpennns then

    all i stated were the f'n facts---i use the same scale everyday for the past year and weigh at the same time everyday---same tape to measure---i can tell u the exaact calories ive consumed each day for the past 8mo-------

    i aint nuts u idiot---everything i said is a fact---weight,measuerments--that shit was in black and white---now maybe its waterweight,idk---but it aint in my mind---i didnt say it was in my system i just stated what was going on

    my goals with this cycle is a clean bulk---all i could get was the test e---its from a local lab---pretty positive its test e---im assuming it waterweight as i feel no different otherwise----waterweight i assume could add size to my arms and chest and even give me some more strength in the gym---u a guys assumed i was saying the test had already kicked in--thats not what i was saying---my weight strength arm and chest size increased--thats all i said

    6 pounds in 1 week isn't muscle, think about it.

    and 1 1/2 inch on your chest coulda been you were still pumped, on a workout you did, same with arms.

    having your lifts all jacked up, coulda been in your head or your taking creatine or something and ur holding some water retention.

    I was gaining about 1 lbs every 2-3 days, of lean mass, this was on dbol not test, test is like 1 pound every 4-5 days.

    so gl with your cycle thought.

    o n my test-e took 5 weeks 1/2 to kick in.

    dude---i never said it was muscle---and i didnt measure with a pump---posted just cause i thought someone may of had similar experience thats all

    I would say I've had similar experience, at least with the heavier lifts. I think the heavier lift aspect is mental. Which I think is a good thing. Your mind is where it should be, and heavier lifts, more tissue damage, ya da ya da. It would happen to me with PH cycles. I believe it's called the placebo effect? I only weigh myself once a week, so I don't know about the weight aspect, and measurements only once a month.

    LOL.. Im just messing bro... You have come a long way and look good man. If test is what you can get hands on. You will be fine as long as you keep a nice strict clean diet. which you seem to be doing pretty well with. 6lbs IMO is a lot. But then again like i said a gallon of water is i think around 7 lbs... If your consuming a lot more water than normal that day. or intaking more food and havent sh*t. etc.. Theres a lot that can be taken accountable for. 6 lbs seems crazy though... Yeah u may see some water weight gain. but i wouldnt think 6 lbs within the first week.

    as for the measurements... If i drink a lot more water i feel bigger... So if your bloated.. you probably are a little bigger. but you also could be pumped up as well. etc.

    Kind of hard to tell and theres no really proof of what it is. or why.. But i can believe you that its up.. I have put on some weight fast. But never the first week of the cycle. As far as strength gains.. i personally say thats in the mind.

    ur prob right on the strength---weighed down 3 lbs this morning---so there ya go---was holdin some water---thanks guys
