mixing hcg

ive been using the search button and think i have it down but just wanna run it by you guys first

5000iu of hcg
30ml bac water

mix 1 ml w/hcg.
dispose of 10ml bac water
add 1ml hcg/bac water to remaining 19ml of bac water

250iu/ml correct?

Yes thats right but you should be using 500iu of HCG every second or third day if your try to jump start you own test,so 10ml of water would be fine.
