I'm about to be 20. I'm 6'2" 195 lbs. I've tried working out in the past and never EVER saw any results so i stopped. Now I look at guys around me and wanna be big too. as in built. bulky. i want big arms and a toned chest and a 8 pack. my friend told me a little about d-bol and i started looking online at different types of steroids. I have no idea which to choose and how often to do it or what to eat or when to work out. Any information helps. Thank you.
