    I am Clueless

    I'm about to be 20. I'm 6'2" 195 lbs. I've tried working out in the past and never EVER saw any results so i stopped. Now I look at guys around me and wanna be big too. as in built. bulky. i want big arms and a toned chest and a 8 pack. my friend told me a little about d-bol and i started looking online at different types of steroids. I have no idea which to choose and how often to do it or what to eat or when to work out. Any information helps. Thank you.

    Way to young for steroids. Using now will set yourself up for a host of potential problems in the future.

    With the amount of natural test you have now, you should be able to make decent gains if you have the right diet and training.

    What's your current diet like, and what's your training routine?

    u need to workout and diet right...

    that is all u need, forget what ur friend told u, he is a moron...

    go to the diet section and ask them guys to help u out, they are the best..

    then go to the workout section...
    do not even consider using steroids yet young man...

    If your 6'2 and can only get 195 somethings wrong most likely ur diet imo

    idk how to really explain my diet. like i eat when i get hungry and whatevers in the fridge. i like mostly meat and i know that has alot of protein. i never really been on a diet. i eat what i see when im hungry.

    also i forgot to mention i have bulging discs in my back and a pinched nerve in my hip.

    i dont wanna just try dieting because i know for sure it takes wayyyy too long to bulk up like that

    D-bol or anything else is not gonna help you without proper diet...u need bricks and mortar to make a house in the same way you need the right amount nutrients to build muscle.

    You might gain 10lbs of water weight and screw up your hormones. If that sounds like what your looking to do go ahead.

    There are no shortcuts.

    Dieting is EVERYTHING bro, your bulking takes way to long due to your diet, not due to dieting in general. If you had a really good diet and workout routine you would be adding weight on like crazy, especially at your age. If you don't have the time to lay out and perfectly fine tune a diet then you are not even close to being ready for aas. Steroids are not a shortcut to getting big, you have to work harder, eat bigger and train with more intensity than anyone not on aas. Get a few years exp. under your belt, fine tune a diet to your needs based off of years of research you can get before cycling, and then and only then will you might be ready for aas.

    listen to these guys-------do not------i repeat---------do not----------do steroids of any kind-------its alot easier to eat right----which u would have to do with or without steroids----------i repeat--do not----oh i already said that

    Def kid, you way to young. You need to look at your diet, and hit the gym. Results are not overnight. might even get w/ a fitness/nutrtion adviser at your local gym.
