Im running a prop only cycle 150mg's eod. How many days should I be resting each muscle group on this cycle? Typical workout per muscle group: 3 different workouts per muscle group 5 sets per workout, ten reps per set. Im sore for 3 days after. I ran a test tren cycle and I think I undertrained on that one. I want to get the most out of this cycle, Ive been resting 4 days per muscle group. Any advice would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advanced.
