Test Prop question
Im running a prop only cycle 150mg's eod. How many days should I be resting each muscle group on this cycle? Typical workout per muscle group: 3 different workouts per muscle group 5 sets per workout, ten reps per set. Im sore for 3 days after. I ran a test tren cycle and I think I undertrained on that one. I want to get the most out of this cycle, Ive been resting 4 days per muscle group. Any advice would be appreciated greatly. Thanks in advanced.

I think by workout you mean exercise....right? How long have you been training? What are your other stats?

Yes i mean exercise. Ive been training for 10 years but only tried aas once a couple years ago.

Height:6'3
Weight:235
Bf: around 11%

I think 4 days rest is fine. I'm on cycle now and I train bi's and delts twice a week cause they need work. Everything else is just pounded once a week and I'm making nice gains.

i go more about how my joints feel than soreness. If dont like doin shoulders and chest in the same 3 days because it hurts to much. Gettin old suks i guess.

anything internse, under 8 reps I usually rest for 5 days.
