    I need help!

    22years old 6'7 265pounds. ive done 1 cycle of deca alone cuz i knew nothing about what i was doin ive done some research but still dont know much. i was bout to do a dbol deca cycle but have heard i should use a test too. what would be best and how much of everything should i take. plus im a pretty tall and filled out guy, not really fat at all but def need some more muscle. how much should i eat

    Wow.. Sorry bro but your gonna need to do some research on your own.. Your too young, and thats a horrible cylce deca and dbol with no test.,. You are seriously gonna F urself up bad bro.. I'm curious do you ahve a PCT planned?? Or are you gonna ask what a PCT is??

    i dont have a pct no but i do know what it is. im not gonna lie i dont know a whole lot about this shit i have some friends that do it but i dont think they know as much as they think they do. ive been faithful to the gym for the last year and a half and i just wanna get where i wanna be. whats a good pct?

    To be Honest, this isn't something you want to jump into.. Just because you think your ready because your stuck isn't it.. YOu need to switch up your diet and training if your stuck.. Your natty Test is still enough to produce plenty of good gains..And AAS requires A LOT OF RESEARCH!! you can really really screw yourself up later on trust me...You need to go to the diet forum..get your diet figured out and critiqued and start bustin your ass in the gym harder than ever..eat,sleep,train..thats it for another year or two and research.. Then consider it

    Wow guess u don't get laid much. Lol and won't be if u do a dbol and dec cycle. Prob grow sum boobs too. If u already have gear put it up for a few more years, or get rid of it.. And hang out here a lot. 6ft5

    any tips for a tall guy on how to bulk my chest. im only benchin 285 but its a lot more then what i started with and my chest is still small as hell.

    Dude I'm 6ft5. Its a little tougher for sun of us long armed freaks to put up an ass load of weight. Look into using sum big ass chains at the end of the bar... This place has a good powerlifting forum. With sum big time lifters. I quit doing flat bench along time ago due to a torn rotor. It usually never hurts unless I do flat bench. I mite start doinem again soon. But I don't really care what I put up I like the pump aned burn. I use hammer streinght. And dumbells. I know its about good form. Compound and isolation. I change my cest workout up every 3 to 4 weeks for over all muscle development. Don't know if u know anyrhing about muscle heads or how many are in a group? Its fun to learn and confusing.
