Ok everyone I'm sorry I know this has been posted a million times and people are getting sick of it. I have been reading for quite a while and I still need help. It will be my first cycle, I am 23, I eat healthy and I eat about 6 meals a day (light proteins, lots of water, fruit, vegies. Tuna, egg whites) the basics. I have been lifting on and off for about 6 years and back on for about 3 to 4 months straight. I always get stronger but I always look the same I have been on a bunch of different supplements same thing...
Anyways to get to the point... I'm 6'2 about 195lbs and 12percent body fat I'm in decent shape but not enough for me... I just want 1 cycle and I was thinking about tren or anabol... I do want to take orals, I do not like depo... (Personal preference) I was going to take 25mg of anabol a day and I'm not sure about tren..... Everyone in here seems great with information and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thank you for all of your time and I do apologize for posting this again.
