Test cyp cycle question

If i have 3 vials of test cyp at 200mg/ml would it be better to do 400mg a week for 15 weeks or 500 a week for 12 weeks. This will be my first cycle and i have not found concrete evidence showing which would be better. I know most cycles are 500mg per week for a 12 or 16 week cycle but im trying to plan out a cycle with no waist of gear. I will be taking hcg though the cycle at 400iu's a week (@200iu 2X week)

doesn't particularly matter, but 16 weeks is a little long for a first cycle so i would go with 500mg/wk for 12 weeks
