    Question Usps & Customs

I've been waiting for a shipment, and it's saying, "inbound into customs'...
It's been in Customs since Jan 23... 7 days already. No update on the tracking number, or anything... Should I go ahead and assume that I've lost my package to customs?

    Thanks!

you get letters of seizure in most cases, and that can take a long time to get. Dont just assume it.

Sued would be the least of your worries. They could either seize it or do a control buy. If you recieve numerious packages you could raise some red flags.
