    new to this jus wanted some answers

    hey im 6'2 260 i want to find something i can shred down my body fat but ripp me up i take eca stacks right now for better breathing n for fat loss is there a steroid i can take with this n how do i do it

    21 last time i had it done was about 17%

    in the morning i have a isopure protein shake with a eca stack lunch tuna on whole wheat dinner grilled chicken then a half hour b4 i go to the gym another stack then a shake after



    cardio i do a conditioning thing that i was taught its for football 8 min intervals of jogging 5min sprint 1 min walk 2 on the tred n i do it 3 times then i do a reg work out

    yea 1 min flat also i have really fatty thighs not to sound gay but wut wrk out can i do for that

    Post your complete diet in the diet section, as they can help you with that.

    And you need to post your work out schedule also.

    Cardio is what you need, not steroids .

    Your heavy early in life, so that could be an issue.

    21 and gear don't mix very well.
