    Into week 5... How do my gains look?

    Well I've started week 5 yesterday. I've noticed some damn go strength gains. Heck put up 295 bench press yesterday! So what should I expect within the next 8 weeks??

    Stats:
    31 yrs old
    before starting cycle 154lbs
    into week 5 163lbs
    bf 9-10%

    I'm running test c at 500mg and deca 400 mg, splitting my shots Monday morning and Thursday evening.

    My diet is pretty good, getting 3-4 good meals in with 3 protien shakes during the day...

    You can expect basically the same things you're experiencing now.. but maybe not to the same extent, but you will still definitely be getting bigger and stronger

    You're stuff is really just kicking in. Expect some growth. Make sure you're getting an excess of calories if you want to continue gaining.

    Didn't see that for some reason.

    Damn 295 at 163 lbs?! That's really good! I was 175lbs (natural no aas) when I benched 295. So to do it at 163 even on aas is impressive to me.

    agreed, remember that when using AAS your feed efficiency increases so take advantage of it

    We have almost the exact same stats. I started Test E/Eq on Feb 28th. With dbol kick start. I started at 155lbs. End of week 5 I am 171 lbs. making some amazing strength gains. Still not benching 295 though lol. I am eating around 4000 calories a day. Mostly protein and carbs. 200 grams of protein a day minimum, mostly from food. Can't wait to see the end of week 10!

    Then, running clen with PCT.

    thats some good weight there nr freak. esp. at 163lbs.

    today is exactly 5 weeks for me also of my first ever cycle. doing 500mg. of test e per week and ran 4 weeks of dbol at 40 mg per day. and i feel stronger than ever so i guess the test e is finally kicking in.

    yesterday-my chest day-i put 285 up 2x. i did 225 like 14 times the set before that. i should of stopped early and tried 290-305 just to see. cant wait til next monday. this stuff is amazing. wish i didnt wait so long to try it.
