    Clen splitting dosing and a few questions

    Last questions before I start my clen at the start of feb. Promise.

    Best way to take it.. Just shoot it down throat? Mix with some type of liquid, etc?

    I've seen some people say they split the dosing throughout the day. Is that because they don't like a full dose and how it makes them feel? Or does that make it more effective to split it into 2 doses?

    Do you only split once you get into the full 100+ dosing or even the small? Doing 20mcg then another 20mcg later?

    Lastly just in case I'm clueless on how to convert the dosing.. At 200mcg/mL to start dosing at 40mcg i would simply take .2 ml, correct?

    Shoot down the throat, it doesn't taste that bad, down with a glass of water afterwards.

    Split dosage to avoid high sides, clen has a long half life, once in the morning is best IMO, it lets you get to sleep at night.

    Depends, i take 200-240mcg right in the morning, i can deal with the sides, but others can't.

    Your dosage conversions are correct, 0.1mL = 20mcg so 0.2mL = 40mcg and so forth.

    240mcg, wow. I had planned no more than 100mcg. That said I seem to have a high tolerance for everything i've taken. I have never felt anything from any preworkout supp(even on 3 servings) and I felt nothing off a EC stack at all. Seemed to work for me, I just felt nothing.

    So i'm guessing you just kept ramping up your dosage a little at a time since you weren't feeling or having any sides at 100mcg+?

    Yeh it is a lot, but to emulate what is seen in clinical trails we would be taking 1mcg/lb 2x a day, for me that's around 500mcg of clen a day. That may be ok for animals, but for a human, i would not suggest it. When i first started i commenced at 100mcg, then ramped it straight to 200mcgs the next day, a strategy that i would not recommend to people. I think i hit the sweet spot with my dosages for me, its the perfect mix of heat and shaking without over doing it, and the results are amazing. I'm a profession MMA fighter, and i know my physical fitness is up there, so i had no problems, however if you have a weak heart or a sensitive to stimulants, i would not go over 100mcgs.
