Simplest 1st cycle
Age 23
Height 5,7
Weight 150 lbs and aiming to cut down to 132 lbs b4 starting the cycle. mentioned below! sorry about the inconveniance
Bf 13%
Years training 1.5
Weeks 1-10 500 mg test e
Weeks 1-10 10/20 mg Nolvadex
PCT (not sure if exaggerated in the dosages could go with less right?)
Clomid
Week 13 300/100/100/100/100/100/100
Week 14 100/100/100/100/50/50/50
Week 15 50/50/50/50/50/50/50
Question.

At 132lbs you don't need steroids , you need a diet. Head to the diet forum and they will get you straightened out.
If you don't know how to eat to put muscle on naturally, you'll loose any gains you get on cycle.
And those clomid doses are old school, no way you need that much clomid.

I agree, stick around here, all the information you need to put on 10-15 lbs of natural muscle are right here and in the mean time research about steriods . Then when your body is ready and primed for a cycle, you will know what to do yourself, no help needed.

You need to get your diet and training sorted at 132lbs you dont need steroids you need food,And the clomid dose you had listed is way to high.

diet is as follows
9:00 am 120 gr cornflakes with 0.5 litres of milk + 6 eggs
11:00 am 2 sandwiches ham+cheese
13:00 200 gr pasta+ 4 sausages
15:00 120 gr cornflakes with 05 litres of milk + protein shake
17:00 Workout
19:00 banana + protein shake
19:30 cornflakes + milk same as above
21:30 1 bowl of rice with veggies + 200 gr chicken breast
any advice on clomid's dosage for pct. also should i use hcg for pct??

Your not eating to build msucle tissue that diet is awful, check out the diet section and concentrate on your diet for another 18months...

Corn Flakes, and ham-cheese sandwiches? How come you measure stuff in "gr & litres" but state your weight in pounds. Where are you from? Your diet sucks, but I see no reason why someone would cut down to 132lbs?!? Unless they were 5 foot even.
