    started new cycle...what do you think?

    Stats:
    35yrs old
    170lbs
    5'7"
    bf% 17 ( just had my bf % calculated on a digital scale, trainer said my bf is probably more like 15% if measured with calipers) last measured my bf 1 yrs and 3 months ago, i was at 22%.

    first cycle 2007 12 weeks test 400 1ml per week. gained 12 lbs

    second cycle 2008-2009 10 weeks teste 250 1 ml per week & wynn 50mgeod gained 8 lbs but had to discontinue cycle due to mild gyno

    new cycle:
    weeks 1-12 Test enanthate 250mg every 4 days
    weeks 1-12 equpoise 400mg every 4days
    weeks 1-6 anavar 80mg ed
    arimadex as needed.25mg
    tamox on hand just in case

    since i was 17 (off and on) since 2004 solid. worked real hard to try and develope my scrawny frame. i plateaued after two years solid in the gym. i eat pretty good but i have always been deficient on calories. i just cant down enough food without getting sick from eating to much. i injured my shoulder and had some personal issues in 2005, after being on the psychotropic med zyprexa i gained 30 lbs in just shy of a month and have been trying too loose the weight for almost 5 years now. i did test as order by my doctor for a cycle in 07 and was immediatly impressed with the feeling, overall well being and all that good stuff plus fat loss and strength gain.....ive been in the gym.ive done test on two other occasions unperscribed and at higher doses. one cycle test by itself and another test and wynn....

    thats where i am at now...

    Your stats are kind of on the small side. At 15%, you're not too heavy to cycle. What are you goals? It's pretty hard to add muscle and cut fat. Usually you pick one (bulk or cut) and run your cycle accordingly. Im guessing like a lot of people you want to do both?

    i am pretty realistic, i dont wanna get huge but bigger would be nice, say 15-20lbs and loose around 8%bf in the long run. I have all the time in the world and dont expect an overnight transformation. i wanna do this cycle to see the results and to adjust my goals accordingly, i would like to end up around 185 solid at 8-10%bf.

    I have read alot after recomendation from other members.

    Your cycle is drawn out ok. I would run the Adex all the way through if your gyno prone, I do, .25mg EOD to start.

    The success of your cycle is dependent on your training and diet. The supplements only do so much. In one sentence you say, you can't gain weight, and another you gained 30 lbs you are still working on losing.

    How is your training? At a gym, how often, etc. Study the diet section of this site to be prepared.

    i gained weight from a psychotropic med. zyprexa...not healthy weight at all. i am ok with loosing weight if its fat loss. thats what i meant. i dont want to loose any muscle weight. but if i diet down it happens...

    I am in the gym 4days a week for strength training for about two hours a day and 15-30 minutes of cardio. plus i cycle 250 miles a week

    my eating is healthy, i raced x-country mountain bikes for 10 years and have carried my eating habbits over from that. extremely lean eating with quality carbs and take in about 2200 calories a day...lots of natural protien along with casien shake at bed and whey in the morning and mid day before workout. I also take fishoil 2000mg day and l-carnatine 500mg day and multi vita pack.

    pct is clomid/nolvadex begining 3 weeks after cycle ends. 4 weeks of pct. (i was told that do too the long ester of test e and eq thta i would need to wait 3-four weeks before begining pct

    With all of that cardio (cycling) you will have a hard time building muscle. You need to be in a calorie surplus to build muscle. Consider a bulking cycle to build the muscle you want and then a careful cut after your PCT. With the way you eat, I can't imagine you will put on too much fat. But, maybe a little.

    Remember, after you build the new muscle, you will need more calories to maintain it. Otherwise, it will be gone soon.

    hear you on that. i try and eat as much as possible...but there is only so much my stomach can hold. id like to get up 3300 calories a day but it seems like a very slim chance that i can pack in that many calories of quality food...Thanks

    14 days after the end of cycle for pct? i was reading in the profile page that both eq and test e would require 3 to four weeks of wait time before starting pct...ill read more but thanks for your help Rana
