Dbol Deca Test Question

First here is my info:

Age:26
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 245
BF%: 15%

Cycle History:

1st: 50mg of Tbol x 8 weeks
2nd: 600mg Test E x 14 weeks with 75mg of Tbol for 8 weeks. Nolvadex throughout.

Current cycle:

I have dbol , deca and test for my cycle that I would like to run. I talked to a few guys that have ran it in the past and got some advice and I have also read some things on here and some other sites, I just wanted to open it for discussion and had a few questions.

First off with the dbol, I read the profile and it says that some cycle 50mg for 4 weeks where as others run 25mg for for 6 weeks. Considering this is my first time running dbol I was considering the lower dosage for the longer amount of time. However I dont want to overdue it so I am definitely open to suggestion on that..thoughts?

With the deca and the test I was thinking about running 600mg of each for 14 weeks. Any do's or donts there? I talked to one guy and he suggested lowering the test down to 400mg and run the deca higher at 600mg.

Also, how often should you be running nolvadex throughout a cycle? I was using half a pill daily on my last cycle which was recommended by a pretty reliable and experienced source but I definitely felt that my gains were hindered. I got strength and some size but not what I thought running test for the first time was going to give me.

D-bol - 25 mg p.d.
Test E - 600 mg p.w.
Decca - 400 mg p.w.

Nolv. start day after last shot of cycle.
Or run Arimidex all the way through cycle.

Good start for first cycle. Just my opinion. Hope that helps!

Dbol I would run 4 weeks @ 40/50 mgs ed.

Test @ 500 mgs wk.

Deca @ 400, maybee 500.

I would see how you respond to it first.

You can bump it up over the next couple of weeks.

Alright mate I'm running a little experiment of a dbol only cycle. I'm running 40md each day for 4 weeks I'm a week into it and this is my first time with dbol so here's the link to my log if you wana check it out hopefully it will help you make the decision right for you.
