Hey guys, I need some advice for my next cycle but I'm not looking to gain any mass. I'm lookig to run a light cycle while I get back in military shape. My diet is clean and I'm trying to lean completly out but all this running I've been doing I've already noticed I've lost size and strength. I was thinking of runing 150-300mgs a wk for 16 weeks for a little boost and to help me retain some muscle until I'm done. Any advice? Is this ok and what should my pct look like for this long of cycle? Is there any thing else I could add in there? Thanks ahead
