I like to run it during and after PCT because it has mild anabolic capabilities, however, no one has really studied how effective it is on humans, but it is highly anabolic on animals such as horses.

i agree with marcus,
i would use it for pct as it will help keep the gains you made during your cycle. it has anti-catabolic effects, as you drop weight you will hold on to your hard earned muscle
