Suspension Timing
I was told that Suspension would help with problem areas if it were injected into the muscle I am targeting. I tried this in my shoulders and it worked great. Allot of pain but good results.
My question is timing. how long before my workout should I do this?
I have been a lurker for some time, and couldn't find the answer to this.
