Stuff up what should i do? will i recover? help

hey guys well i had little knowledge about steroids (Stupid) and i took a few injections without any proper cycle plan after reading this forum for a while now im kind of worried if i will recover fast. thanks.

well this is what my stats are.

21, 78kg, 176cm, 15%

i took 1ml/75mg injection of trenabolone actate once a week for 3 weeks.
i then took 1ml/50mg deca durabolin 3 times on the fourth week.

week 1 1 shot of 1ml/75mg tren acet
week 2 1 shot of 1ml/75mg tren act
week 3 1 shot of 1ml/75mg tren act
week 4 3 shots of 1ml/50mg deca durabolin



i had a blood test 5 days after the last shot of deca and my test results came back normal for total and free test

when should i go have another blood test will my testerone drop? if so when will this happen. how can i recover quickly from this mistake.

will i recover ok? what should i do?

Do nolvadex for a week or 2 at 20mg/ed and you should be fine.

well i feel fine, my libido is great. i also did a liver function test. it came back higher than normal but the doctor said it was only a little bit high and it should be ok. ok thanks ill do another test in 2 weeks hopefully everything will be ok. thanks

Get them to check test (free and total),estro,prolactin,progesterone,lipids.
