Novadex vs Nolvadex

I have been hearing from a few people that the over the counter Novadex works the same as Nolvadex....Can anyone shed some light on this or if its actually legit?

Gaspari Novadex actually behaves more like an AI than a serm. no, it would not be a suitable replacement for real nolva.

So would it be sufficient enough for an AI over let's say a-dex or somehwat compare to it?

I've never seen a side by side comparison between Novadex and common AI's, I would be very curious to see how they stack up head-to-head.

I'm curious as well I had a friend start feeling gyno coming on in the middle of his cycle started taking gaspari novadex and less than a week it was gone

Gaspari Novedex XT is a relatively weak ATD-based steroidal AI. It supposedly works well as a standalone test-booster, but only an idiot would use it to control aromatization from a test cycle.
Get Aromasin instead. It is much more potent and is effective in PCT. ATD has actually been shown to bind androgen receptors, making it inferior all around.

If your putting so much effort and time into your cycle theres no reason to slack on a pct.

I would alwasy say get the real stuff, get real pct chems like liquid nolva or clomid, and if your looking for an ai go for liquidex or exemestane.

I completely agree my pct for my current cycle will be clomid as well as nolvadex I was only posting for knowledge and to see if anyone has had any experience with it outside of the few I heard this from

Clomid has some serious side effects that are not reversable.It effects your vision and a couple of other things,do a search and read up on the side effects.I wouldnt touch Clomid since Nolvadex does the same thing and is much safer.

I want to run two compounds for my pct any suggestions then to replace clomid. I have read alot about it and it's vision problems but it's what most people have recommended

It depends on what you want to do,if you want to block the estrogen receptors from getting estrogen then 20mg ED of Nolvadex is plenty(It has a approximatley 6 day half life so it builds up in your system),it also stimultes your own test production.Clomid and Nolvadex do pretty much the same thing so there is no need to use clomind at all.HCG is good to stimulate your own test production and keep or get your own test going.If you want to block estrogen conversion you need an AI like Airmadex or letro but you have to be careful because it can kill your sex drive.

Well I'm running 600mg of test cyp pinned 2x a wk fir 12 weeks I have nolva and clomid on hand planned to do nolva at 40/20/20/20 and clomid was 100/50/50/50 was told didn't need hcg but wanted to do that in place of clomid any suggestions?

Clomid and Nolvadex do pretty much the same thing,they block the estrogen receptors and they stimulate test production so i dont see the need for both in the same cycle.Given the side effects of clomid i prefer nolvadex.Nolvadex has a much longer half life than Clomid and you need more clomid for the same effect. HCG is purely for restarting your own test producton and i use it at the end of my cylce to get my system going again, I start it 3 weeks after my last shot of test enethate,if i use test prop or test suspension i start it sooner and do 500iu every 3days. some people use HCG during the cycle to keep their own test going but i have never had a problem using it later,and i have done over 30 cycles.Cycle length has a lot to do with when to start the HCG also but i only do 8 to 12 week cycles.

I have read most all of the pct threads on here and it says to do alot for pct it seems mostly they were designed for heavy cycles so when I posted that I was doing a simple test only cycle most of the members suggested clomid and nolva when I had mentioned HCG they said it was overkill so I planned a Nolva/Clomid.

yes i like the nolva/clomid pct....my labido recovered by week 3 and for me that was the most important factor in recovery....what i was saying was you can use one or the other for pct and you will probably recover just fine...you really have to find what works best for you.... i just did both cus as others say why skimp on pct?...
